Click on the link to see the exciting new supported living services we have opening in 2019. In 2017, we opened our very first Supported Living service, Meridian Mews. Following the great feedback we received since this opening, we understood the need for more services like this. As you will read in the brochure, the three new services are in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Buckinghamshire County Council and Dartford Borough Council.
If you would like to view any of these services, please get in contact and we would be happy to show you round once they have been fully completed. Furthermore, if you have any referrals you feel could benefit from these supported living services, we are taking referrals now so please share your interest and we will begin the assessment process.
All three services opened in April 2019.
