I have worked in the Health and Social care sector for over 14yrs. I initially trained in Health Education(Bachelor’s degree), and then joined Health and social care where I have gained NVQ 2 and 3 qualifications and working towards level 5 Health and Social care Diploma in leadership. I am currently a Deputy Manager at 3-5 Kennet Way. I wanted to work for Liaise due to how caring they are to the people we support and the inclusivity given to the employees. I play a key part in supporting the registered manager to ensure compliance and keeping the people we support at the centre of everything we do and putting them in control of their own lives. Outside of work, I like to volunteer in the community. I enjoy walking, cooking, gardening and playing with my children.
