I moved to England and started to work in health and social care in 2016. My first job was as support worker, and worked my way up to other positions such as Recruitment and Retention Officer or Care Coordinator. I wanted to be part of Liaise because of their values and how well known the company is, as well as because of how much they have achieved when it comes to supporting individuals with needs. I currently work a Sansa House as Deputy Manager and PSC, making sure the service is safe and that the people we support receive the care needed, and that the care provided meets high quality standards. When I’m not at work, I like spending time with my partner and friends, reading and dedicating time to myself. I also like travelling and visiting new places every time I have the chance.
