I have a decade of experience in the health and social care sector, working in a variety of settings – from Domiciliary Care, Adolescent Activity Support, to Supported Living (Forensic, Complex and Challenging behaviour) and Live-in Care.
I was a top performing manager 2019 in my previous role, achieving some amazing outcomes; from developing peoples’ social skills to enabling them to live independently in the community.
I would describe my management and leadership style as transformational, compassionate, driven, co-production and person-centred; I pride myself on being an advocate for the people I work with, to ensure they receive the best quality of care and support.
