I joined Marika House at the start of 2017 with very little knowledge about autism and learning disabilities, because of my passion for helping people to achieve their goals I decided to apply for a job as a support worker and over the years have been promoted to Senior support worker, Team leader and now Deputy Manager. Since being at Marika I have expanded my knowledge and skills by taking on a course in principles of team leading, professional skills development and recently got my diploma in Adult care which has helped me on my career path to get to where I am now!
