I began working in the health and social care sector in 2016 following a background in education, both in mainstream and SEND schools. I started as a Support Worker at Marika House in 2016 before progressing to Positive Support Coordinator in 2018. My qualifications include a degree in English, a PGCE in Primary Education, and I am currently studying a NVQ Level 3 Adult Care.
