Today we are saying hello to Ashley Luff, a support worker at Totteridge House, Liaise London. Ashley is one of our core champions who helps run the champions’ engagement network.
What career highlights would like you to share?
I’m really proud of the work we do at Totteridge to keep our residents at the centre of all we do.  In particular, supporting someone going away on holiday was a highlight for me.  Working through the pandemic was tough, with a whole new way of working but we came together and ensured we kept our residents safe and well which was amazing to be part of.
What goals do you want to achieve at Liaise?
A goal at work would be to gain a senior or team leader role and to be better prepared for the paperwork that entails.
What is a personal goal you are taking steps to achieve?
I have a goal to do something that makes me feel good about myself each week. That might be something as simple as going out for a walk or reading a positive article.
What can we find you doing in your spare time?
In my spare time, I love live entertainment, having seen Ed Sheeran this year and some of the greats over the years including Gabrielle, Britney and Kylie. Bumped into comedian Rosie Jones after one of the champion meetings!
