I joined Liaise in 2006, my first job in health and social care. I started part time as a cook. I progressed over the years through Support Worker, Positive Support Coordinator to Registered Manager. I have worked in four Liaise homes, Applelea, Sansa House, Karibu Place and Baytrees. I have completed my NVQ Level 2 and 3, QCF Level 5 and BPhil Special Education Autism: Adults in my time with Liaise. I initially joined Liaise part time till I decided on my next career move and found it here. I have been part of the management team in Sansa House to achieve and retain an overall Outstanding CQC rating in 2017 and 2020. Outside of work I enjoy console gaming, music, films and TV, and spending my time with my family.
