Hi my name Siobhan Phillips, I have been Registered Manager in cornfields and cornview for 4 Months, I was the Deputy Manager in both homes previously for 6 years both have been very dear to my heart. Before joining Liaise I worked in a residential home for the elderly for 20 years 12 of which being Care Manager, where I gain my NVQ level 4 in Health and social Care and my RMA level 4. I continue to gain knowledge everyday with the exceptional training Liaise offer and look forward to my new chapter as Registered Manager.
