I have been working in the care industry since 2002. I have worked in residential, home care, supported living and hospital settings. I started to work at Constance House in 2011. I have been at Liaise over 10 years and worked with people with challenging behaviour, Autism, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Prader Willi, Down syndrome, learning disability and Mental Health problems. I have qualification in NVQ level 2, Diploma in Health and Social care Level 3, Level 4 in Management and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. I love to see service users happy, develop skills and enhance quality of life.
