I am a well-qualified accomplished registered manager, with over 20 years of experience working in the care sector. I hold the following qualifications: Bachelor of Social Sciences, Post Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychology-Mental Health, Bachelor of Psychology Equivalence, NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care, Registered Managers Award/CMI Level 4 NVQ in leadership and Management for Care Services. I am skilled in working with vulnerable adults and my experience covers a wide range of vulnerabilities, which includes, adult learning difficulties, physical disabilities, mental health & disorders, and behavioural challenges. I am dedicated to continually improving the service provided to care home residents and facilitating an ideal environment for staff, friends, and family. I am and always have been passionate about the need for an improved and sustainable approach towards the provision of care and environmental support for the differential diagnoses of adults we support.
