My first job working with adults with learning disabilities and autism was in March 2017, for Liaise as a Support Worker at Marika House. After 10 months, in January 2018, I became Positive Support Co-ordinator a Willow Tree Lodge. I have a Social Work Degree and before working at Liaise I did voluntary work for The Red Cross in my country (Spain) supporting and helping refugees and families with lack of resources to find a job and the support they needed. Liaise have given me the opportunity to improve my skills in the Social Care field to support the service users to be more independent. I have also worked in other different sectors previously and I enjoy working in a team and supporting and helping people.
