I have been working in the Social Care field for the last 11 years. I started as a support worker and I have worked my way up to becoming a registered manager. I have been a registered manager for the last 4 years. I have done Level 3 in Health and Social Care and Level 5 in Leadership and Management. At the moment I am studying Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
