I started at Liaise Loddon as a Support Worker at Glebelands in April 2012 and got promoted to the Shift Leader position in November 2013. I have worked my way through and was promoted to Deputy Manager for Karibu Place. I love everything about my role as Deputy Manager, working hand in hand with the Management/Team Karibu to deliver the best of services and support to our service users and co-workers. As part of the Liaise Loddon Celebrating the Positive Awards 2018, I was the winner of the Exceptional Service Award. I have HABC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Young People’s Services (England) (QCF) (Adults’ Management) – Bournville College Birmingham 2018, Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England (QCF) – Basingstoke College of Technology 2015, I have Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England (QCF) – Basingstoke College of Technology 2014.
