Hi, my name is Letwina jakeman, I have been Deputy Manager in Cornfields and Cornview for 4 months, I have worked for Liaise for 6 years, I was promoted to shift leader after a short time due to the training and support I received from my Managers in Liaise. I have completed my level 3 QCF in health and social care, and was encouraged to continue my learning by enrolling in level 5, which I am about to complete. I also represent both homes as one of the champions bringing ideas directly from the support team to the whole management team. I am looking forward to gaining more knowledge in this new chapter as Deputy Manager of both homes.
