I have worked in health and social care sector for over 30 years. Initially I trained as a support worker for people with mental health problems and then as a Community Support worker with the local mental health team. I have managed Bramshaw House since 2006, during my time here I have supported both staff and the people we support to develop and work together. I wanted to work for Liaise because of the positive culture they are working to achieve for both the staff they employ and the people we support. I play a key part in Bramshaw House at Liaise by taking part in and supporting staff to arrange activities for the services in our area and am also the lead in manual handling training. Outside of work I like to go to the cinema, days out to local museums and attractions, reading, embroidery and bowling.
