I started working in care sector in 2009 as a support worker at Lulworth and with time I became a Deputy Manager. As I graduated Psychology at the University, helping people was always close to my heart. I obtained other qualifications such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and training related to the role. I always believed in equality of people we are supporting, recognised their diversity and promoted inclusion in all aspects of living to achieve desired outcomes.
