I started this journey in 1995 as a support worker and quickly saw the potential in the people we support and have promoted their rights and independence in the services I managed.Â
Despite being a manager for 28 of those years I continue to learn every day and at Crossbrook. We have a team that has overcome many challenges and obstacles to be part of the Crossbrook family, I am blessed to be part of their journey, and their goals – whether short-term or longer-term, feel every part ours too.Â
It took nearly 30 years, but I have finally found home.Â
