I have worked in the Health & Social Care sector for over 14 years. Initially I trained as a Support Worker and then naturally progressed to become a Shift Leader, Deputy Manager and then I became Registered Home Manager in 2017. I progressed to Dual Care Home Manager in 2021. I wanted to work for Liaise because I share their company values of delivering person-centred care. In my work I strive to make positive changes in the lives of all those who use our service. I play a key part in the evolution of our homes, and our services users’ independence, by always pushing for more. I take pride in being able to give them new experiences, be it a simple activity in the community or a holiday away from the home. Outside of work I like to cook, travel, play football, and spend quality time with my fiancée, our son, and our extended family.
