I have been involved with Liaise for a number of years. I have held a few positions during my time with the organization including senior support worker, deputy manager, and Registered manager. At the moment I’m the training manager responsible for co-ordinating and delivering the training to existing staff and new staff that join the organization also the development of staff in terms of their career progression i also work closely with the multi disciplinary team.
