I have been working in Health and Social care for 15 years now, originally as a support worker, then as a Positive support coordinator, and now as the registered manager of Glebelands. I enjoy working at Liaise because they are a company that encourages staff to see the individual and not the diagnosis, to empower the people we support and enrich their lives. Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family and continue to learn through reading and taking on further qualifications.
