I’m the Registered Manager at Totteridge and a proud northerner trying to retain her accent despite being down south for a long time! I’ve worked in care for 34 years, starting out working with older people and then moving into learning disabilities and mental health. I spent time at the Epilepsy Society and Autism Care UK and have been with Liaise for 3 years. I have a fantastic team at Totteridge and since joining we’ve done everything we can to make it as homely as possible. Everything in the home is adapted to the people that we support. I love working in care and feel so proud when I see that we as a team have made a difference to someone’s life.
