I have worked in health and social care for the last 16 years. I started as a Carer and Support Worker and worked in different care settings before I joined Liaise in 2009 as a Positive Support Coordinator. In 2016 I was promoted to the role of Home Manager. I became the Registered Manager for Applelea in 2017. I gained a PROACT SCIPr- UK® Instructor status in 2017 and have continued to recertify annually and deliver training in this area and other inhouse mandatory training required withing the health and social care sector. I hold the Qualification Credit Framework Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care, Children and Young People and a Master’s Degree in Learning Disabilities Studies.
