I have worked in health and social care for the past 15 years, initially starting as a support worker and progressing to the roles of Assistant Service Manager and Registered Manager. I dedicated a decade of service to Avenues Group, beginning as a support worker and later transitioning to the position of Assistant Service Manager.
As Home Manager at St James House, my primary focus is working closely with individuals to establish and achieve their goals – both long and short term, and collaborating with them to ensure the realization of these objectives.
