At Liaise we believe our person-centred approach enables everyone we work with to feel valued because their opinions, wishes and aspirations are respected and supported.
One of the ways in which we enable people to discuss matters important to them is through our Service User Forums. Service User’s feedback is the best way for our care homes to shape, develop and grow.
These events invite and encourage Service Users to meet and share discussions on topics important to them. Our Service User Forums are held by our therapeutic team and provide an avenue for individuals who reside at Liaise residential homes to meet with peers and have discussions about what they feel could be improved, how they feel in their homes and the support they are being provided with.
Service users really looked forward to these Forums and we are now planning our 4th set of annual Service User Forums for 2018. We can confirm that the first forums for this year will be in May and will be held in the South of London and in the North of London.
