We went out to our local shopping centre at Waltham Cross. Debbie has a new phone and needed support to fit the sim card and to credit a Top Up voucher. EE shop staff were really friendly and helpful and sorted everything out for Debbie even though we bought the items elsewhere!
The local EE shop offered to help anytime if we were stuck. We then went to Sainsburys, Poundstretchers and Argos where we got shopping and Sharon bought a new alarm clock.
