Have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care & Children & Young People Services. Worked in a rehab hospital abroad prior to joining Liaise Loddon in 2012 as a senior Support Worker at Willow Tree Lodge. Part of the team that opened Sansa House in March 2013 in the role of a shift leader. Involved during the CQC inspection which resulted to an outstanding rating Part of the team that opened Karibu Place in 2018 as the Deputy Manager, promoted to the home manager in winter the same year 2018, successful with CQC interview and became the Registered Manager in June 2019. Directors’ Employee of the Year 2019 was awarded to me.
