Liaise are delighted to announce the acquisition of Liaise, a 49-bed residential care group based in Hampshire. This is the second acquisition by Liaise in 2019 following the acquisition of Coppice Care in Burgess Hill in August.
The services at Liaise are complementary to the existing Liaise with similar high-needs clients. All Liaise services are rated as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. All Liaise services are rated as ‘Good’.
Liaise now has a portfolio of 240 specialist learning disability beds across London and the South East. Chief Executive Officer Tony Hegarty said, “We look forward to working with our new colleagues at Liaise and getting to know them, the service users and families better in the New Year.’’
