I hold the following qualifications: Post Post-Graduate Diploma in Management study, HND in Business administration, NVQ 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care & Prince2 Project Management Management for Care Services. I am a highly efficient, organised individual with valuable passion, committed interest in services user care and services. I am also good at dealing with and supporting service users’ demands as it presents. I am, and always have been passionate about the need for an improved and sustainable approach towards the provision of care and environmental support for the differential diagnoses of adults we support.
