To independently verify our belief that this service is now delivering high quality safe care we have engaged with an external care audit company, and the most recent audit on this service was rated as Good.

I wanted to acknowledge the input from staff and the multidisciplinary team for the wonderful care to a supported individual over the last 12 months. They have benefited from the support. It is wonderful them learning skills, accessing community, developing new friendship to enhance her quality of life and experiences.
