This home has changed CQC registration and is still awaiting inspection. While waiting, we have implemented a Quality Improvement plan, changed operational leadership and invested in the support and practice development to ensure that the people we support receive the best quality and safest care possible.
To independently verify our belief that this service is now delivering high-quality, safe care, we have engaged with an external care audit company, and the most recent audit on this service was rated as Good.
