Upwell Lodge is a fully refurbished home offering four self-contained apartments in March, Cambridgeshire. The home will provide specialist care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.
The home is designed to support four people across two floors, each in their own apartment. There is internal staircase access to both floors and a private back garden, which is accessible through the conservatory at the rear of the house.
Upwell Lodge offers convenient access to March High Street, where individuals can enjoy local shops, parks, and other essential services. The town boasts a friendly and welcoming community, providing a supportive environment that encourages social connections and a sense of belonging.
March is well-connected by rail and bus links, offering easy access to Peterborough and nearby towns, allowing individuals to explore the wider area and make the most of local amenities.

Peterborough Road is a brand new supported-living home in Farcet, Cambridgeshire.
This purpose-built accommodation is designed to support four people across four self-contained, wheelchair-accessible bungalows. Each bungalow has its own private garden, accessed via patio doors from the lounge. All gardens have a patio area, lawn and a lockable shed. The garden is safe and secure with high fences. There are eight available parking spaces, two per bungalow.
Peterborough Road is located in the welcoming village of Farcet, just south of Peterborough. This charming village offers convenient bus connections straight to Peterborough city centre, where residents can explore a variety of local shops, shopping centres, entertainment venues, parks, and community centres.
Additionally, the bus route extends to Peterborough train station, providing seamless access to London, Nottingham, and Sheffield.

Riverside Haven is a fully refurbished home offering six self-contained apartments, opening in Spalding, Lincolnshire in 2025. The home will provide specialist care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.
The home has six self-contained apartments across three floors, which can be accessed via an internal staircase or by lift access. Each apartment is private, with its own front door separated on either side of the building.
Riverside Haven is located along the scenic River Welland and just a stone’s throw from Spalding’s town centre. The town is offers a supportive environment that fosters social connections. Nearby, to the north-east of town, the Springfields Outlet Shopping Centre features a variety of shopping and entertainment options to enjoy.
Spalding’s railway station provides convenient connections to Lincoln, Nottingham, and Peterborough, along with coach services to nearby towns and villages
