Hi my name Siobhan Phillips, I have been Registered Manager in cornfields and cornview for 4 Months, I was the Deputy Manager in both homes previously for 6 years both have been very dear to my heart. Before joining Liaise I worked in a residential home for the elderly for 20 years 12 of which being Care Manager, where I gain my NVQ level 4 in Health and social Care and my RMA level 4. I continue to gain knowledge everyday with the exceptional training Liaise offer and look forward to my new chapter as Registered Manager.

Hi, my name is Letwina jakeman, I have been Deputy Manager in Cornfields and Cornview for 4 months, I have worked for Liaise for 6 years, I was promoted to shift leader after a short time due to the training and support I received from my Managers in Liaise. I have completed my level 3 QCF in health and social care, and was encouraged to continue my learning by enrolling in level 5, which I am about to complete. I also represent both homes as one of the champions bringing ideas directly from the support team to the whole management team. I am looking forward to gaining more knowledge in this new chapter as Deputy Manager of both homes.

I started working in health and social care as a support worker in 2010 and in 2023 I joined Liaise. At Liaise I am a Positive Support Coordinator but through my time in the sector I have been, a Support Worker, Support Team Coordinator, Support Manager, Peripatetic Support Worker and Peripatetic Support Manager and Registered Manager. As a Positive Support Coordinator I help the services that I work in to work in a more positive and proactive way. I have my Level 5 QCF in Health and Social care and I am a qualified PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) coach with BILD (British Institute for Learning Disabilities) and a qualified PROACT-SCIPr Trainer. Using these qualifications and my 13 years experience I aim to improve the quality of life for the people we support by helping staff to find the best ways to communicate with and build relationships with them. I feel privileged to work with Liaise to try and achieve this in the position that I am in. It has always been a passion of mine to make sure autistic adults not only get the right support but also within the right setting to drastically improve their quality of life.
