Stoyan Appointed Operations Manager for London at Liaise

We’re pleased to share that Stoyan Valkov has been appointed as Operations Manager for several of our London residential homes, including Meridian, Oakdene, Knoll, St James House, St James Mews and Park House. His appointment follows his successful tenure as Peripatetic Registered Manager.
Since beginning his career in complex care in 2013, Stoyan has gained extensive experience across both operational and leadership roles. Throughout this time, his focus has remained consistent: ensuring that people receive personalised, meaningful and high‑quality support that enables them to live the fullest life possible. He is well known for his person‑led approach, his passion for continuous improvement, and his ability to guide teams – always with the well-being of the people we support as the driving force.
In his new role, Stoyan will oversee multiple homes, focusing on delivering high‑quality outcomes for the people we support across London. His priorities include developing and supporting registered managers and ensuring every home feels equipped to provide safe, consistent and person‑led care. Stoyan’s leadership is grounded in compassion, communication and continuous improvement.
He believes that a positive culture directly shapes the lived experience of the people we support – and that open, supportive teams drive meaningful change. Stoyan’s appointment strengthens our operational leadership at a pivotal time. His experience, commitment to quality and ability to build confident, effective teams will play an important role as we continue delivering positive outcomes across London.
