We’re thrilled to welcome Matt Croger as our new Property Director at Liaise. With extensive experience in property development within the care sector, Matt will play a key role in helping us deliver on our plans to provide more homes for the people we support. His work will focus on identifying and securing new sites, overseeing construction and refurbishment projects, and ensuring every home meets the highest standards of quality and care.

Matt brings a strong background in growth-focused organisations and a passion for making a positive difference. His career began at Care UK, where he spent 14 years across various departments, ultimately joining the Business Development Team to help drive expansion. He then spent seven and a half years at Frontier Estates, specialising in care home development for major providers across the country, while also gaining experience in residential, children’s nurseries, offices, and retail projects.

Looking ahead, Matt is excited about the opportunities at Liaise and is committed to continuing to establish a strong property team and supporting their development. He shared:

“The property team is unique because we see projects through from inception to delivery – from choosing the site to handing over the keys to Operations so they can welcome the first person through the door. I’m really looking forward to handing that first set of keys over to the Home Manager.”
