At Liaise, the stories that matter most are those of the people we support. That’s why we’re proud to launch our 2026 Impact Report – a celebration of the achievements, opportunities and meaningful progress experienced across our services over the last year.

This year’s report opens with the voices of our Liaise Influencers, whose lived experiences help shape the way we think, learn and grow as an organisation. They reflect on the moments that have made a difference to them over the last year – from building confidence and independence to making new friends, pursuing passions and achieving personal goals. Their stories set the tone for a report that is, first and foremost, about people.

Throughout the report, you’ll discover inspiring examples of what can be achieved when support is centred around the individual. From successful moves into new homes and stronger connections with family and community, to developing new skills, greater independence and increased confidence, these stories show the impact of listening to people and supporting them to live life on their own terms.

You’ll also see how families, colleagues, Influencers and our Specialist Support Teams work together to create environments where people feel safe, valued and empowered. By focusing on what matters most to each person, we continue to deliver support that is truly person-led.

The report highlights how we’ve continued to invest in our homes, services and colleagues, while growing thoughtfully to create more opportunities for people to access high-quality support. But at its heart, this report isn’t about buildings, systems or growth figures – it’s about people, their aspirations, and the progress they make every day.

Most importantly, the 2026 Impact Report is a celebration of the people we support. Their voices, experiences and achievements continue to inspire us, challenge us and shape the future of Liaise.
