We’re pleased to share that Claire Kennedy has stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Liaise.
Claire has been part of Liaise since 2022 as our Chief People Officer, where she has played a key role in strengthening leadership, supporting colleagues, and shaping our organisational culture. Her move into Operations marks an important next step as we continue to build on strong foundations across the organisation.
In her new role, Claire will work closely with leaders and teams to strengthen consistency, support strong operational performance, and ensure our services continue to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that great support is driven by confident, capable teams. By focusing on leadership, collaboration and continuous improvement, Claire will support the organisation to keep evolving and responding to the needs of the people we support.
As the social care sector continues to change, Claire will also be focused on ensuring Liaise remains responsive and forward-thinking – investing in our people, strengthening how we work together, and embracing new ways of working where they add value.
Claire said:
My focus is on building a strong, supportive culture where colleagues feel empowered and valued, because that’s what enables great work to happen every day. By investing in our people and strengthening leadership, we can continue to grow and make a real difference in the years ahead.”
Claire’s appointment marks a positive step forward as Liaise continues to grow – strengthening services, supporting colleagues, and helping the people we support build confidence, discover what brings them joy, and live fulfilling lives on their own terms.
