This recognition highlights the dedication of our team and the strength of our co-produced, person-led approach to quality residential care with Liaise.

At Crossbrook, as with all our homes, care is designed around the individual. Every resident benefits from a personalised support plan built around their goals, preferences, and experiences.

Our care model is grounded in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Proact-SCIPr-UK principles, with specialist training for all team members. Guided by PBS Practitioners, Speech and Language Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, we deliver tailored support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being — central to our approach to quality residential care with Liaise.
