Earlier in March 2025, Paula from our Lila’s and Shula’s home celebrated an incredible 25 years working in the company.

Her journey started in 1999 at Squirrel Lodge, formally known as Treehaven, before moving to Westbrook House in 2001 where she stayed until its closure in August 2021. She then transitioned to Lilas and Shulas, continuing her dedication to the people we support as the deputy manager.

Over the years, Paula has made countless fond memories, especially during the holiday season. Alongside her role, she earned her NVQ Assessor Award and helped many colleagues achieve theirs, always keeping the well-being of the people we support at the heart of everything they do.
