Train Travel Independence Outcomes: Nicholas’ Journey Breakthrough

I’m very thankful and grateful to the Olu, the deputy manager at St James Mews, they are the most loving, caring and wonderful deputy I could ever wish for my loved one and her amazing team go above and beyond to make sure they are loved and well looked after.

Family Member

Liaise and Jake provided consistently high-quality, person-centred care, and Jake’s leadership as manager has been central to the positive outcomes a supported individual is experiencing. The team works in a strong, strengths-based way, focusing on their’s abilities, encouraging her independence, and supporting her to build confidence in daily tasks.

Senior Support Worker

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the exemplary care and professionalism shown to our loved one during his recent health issues. We are beyond grateful for the way you always look after him.

Family Member

I’m impressed with the care and support provided by staff, management and the supported individual. All has been going very well, even considering the unsettled periods that are being well managed by staff. Great placement.

Social Care Professional

The experience from the first enquiry right through to agreeing the placement has been genuinely smooth, and that’s down to the way your team works. It’s refreshing to work with a provider who is organised, open and solution focused. You’ve helped make what can often be a stressful stage feel straightforward, and I really appreciate that.
