My role is to lead the roadmap and activities of the operations team coordinating with support teams to deliver the operations strategy, objectives, and plan. I have worked in various leadership roles within social care for over 18 years. I am passionate in providing the best support to operational colleagues to provide the best support to the people living within our homes. I am married with 2 children and live in Oxfordshire.
