We’re pleased to share our Impact Report 2025, highlighting the progress, stories, and outcomes we’ve achieved together in our mission to deliver exceptional care and support.
At Liaise, we provide specialist and bespoke support for adults with learning disabilities, autistic people, and individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern. Our integrated pathway of services includes supported living and residential care across London, the South, and East of England.
Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach continues to make a real difference – helping people reduce medication, build independence, and thrive in their communities.
We’ve also strengthened our ESG commitments, with all homes now on green electricity tariffs and 20% of sites featuring biodiversity initiatives. Our governance framework ensures transparency, ethical stewardship, and continuous improvement.
Above all, we remain committed to co-production – working hand-in-hand with the people we support, their families, and professionals to shape services that reflect what truly matters.
Everything we do is centred around the people we support. Over the past year, we’ve continued to grow and innovate, while staying true to our values of compassion, inclusion, and person-led care. Together, we’ve:
Welcomed more individuals into our homes, now supporting 280 people across 47 services — each one designed to foster safety, independence, and a true sense of belonging.
Opened new homes in Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and Hampshire, creating more opportunities for people to access inclusive, community-based support tailored to their needs and aspirations.
Invested £2 million in home improvements for the people we support, including sensory rooms, accessible gardens, and smart technologies — all designed to enhance comfort, wellbeing, and personal choice.
Maintained 97% compliance across all services, ensuring that every person receives safe, high-quality care that respects their dignity and supports their goals.
Supported over 45 colleagues through vocational qualifications, equipping them with the skills and confidence to deliver even more personalised, empowering care.
Achieved an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of +33, reflecting a motivated and compassionate workforce dedicated to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.
