Liaise Outcomes Support: Kieran’s Drama College Success

Liaise Outcomes Support: Kieran’s College Drama Journey

Kieran attends college once a week, participating in a SEND-friendly drama course. With support from Liaise staff and the college team, he receives guidance that helps him follow instructions, stay engaged, and take part in all activities. This structure ensures that learning is accessible, meaningful, and led by Kieran’s interests through Liaise outcomes support.

Kieran’s love of music and dancing influenced his choice of drama, which quickly became his favourite. The course allows Kieran to show his strengths, develop new skills, and achieve success in a safe and encouraging environment. Performing on stage has been especially positive, helping him step outside his comfort zone and gain confidence.

Impact of Liaise Outcomes Support on Kieran’s Confidence

The combined support from Liaise staff and the college team has been essential in building Kieran’s confidence. Staff provide clear communication, reassurance, and encouragement, helping him feel safe to try new things. Over time, this has helped Kieran become more confident in group settings and more comfortable expressing himself. This progress reflects the value of Liaise outcomes support in practice.

Kieran’s speech and communication skills have also improved. He now uses more words to express his feelings, share ideas, and interact with peers and staff. This growth shows the positive effect of consistent support, guidance, and opportunities to communicate in meaningful activities.
