Upwell Lodge is a fully refurbished home offering four self-contained apartments in March, Cambridgeshire. The home will provide specialist care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.

The home is designed to support four people across two floors, each in their own apartment. There is internal staircase access to both floors and a private back garden, which is accessible through the conservatory at the rear of the house.

Upwell Lodge offers convenient access to March High Street, where individuals can enjoy local shops, parks, and other essential services. The town boasts a friendly and welcoming community, providing a supportive environment that encourages social connections and a sense of belonging.

Walker House is a fully refurbished, five-bedroom residential home in the Hampshire town of Andover in the Test Valley District. The home will provide specialist care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.

The home comprises two side-by-side homes in one across two floors. Both upstairs are separated into each original home section; however, there are staircase access to both. There are two driveways into the property as well as a large garden space.

The home offers individuals a township environment with rural themes. There are a number of amenities local to the home, shops in the town centre, grocery shops and other retail stores. As a small town, Andover is surrounded by a number of green areas.

Andover’s railway station provides convenient connections with services to Basingstoke, Salisbury, Southampton and London Waterloo. Walker House would be part of our South region, which has a support network a 30-minute drive away from our other homes in Basingstoke and Romsey.
