When I arrive at the home, it is always very secure, and my identity is checked before allowing me entry into the home. I always experience a very warm welcome and am encouraged to sign into the visitors’ book and sign out when I leave. I am always escorted so I am not on my own, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful,l and I always see great interactions between the staff and the service users, promoting independence and choice, and they always seem happy and I see them treated with dignity and respect.
I would like to take this opportunity to say how wonderful it is to be able to work with the service users and the staff at Gleblands. There’s always a warm welcome and an accommodating staff who are ready to help. Staff supporting service users are very professional and always present if needed.
