Chingford Heights is part of a dual-site development, alongside Chingford Lodge. Located in a quiet residential area in North East London, the home offers supported living accommodation designed to promote both independence and social connection. Each self-contained flat features large individual bedrooms and shared communal areas, providing a safe, welcoming, and homely environment. The service is staffed by an experienced, compassionate, and highly respected team who have crafted an environment that’s nurturing, curious, and thriving.
We work closely with each of our residents and those who support them to co-produce and adapt rooms and spaces to meet sensory, physical or behavioural needs, whether through tailored furnishings, layout adjustments, or environmental adaptations. We fit our service to each of our residents and remain dynamic to their needs, feelings and experiences.
Local amenities, public transport and green spaces, including Epping Forest, are all within easy reach, offering a good balance of accessibility and calm surroundings. It’s a great place to live and enjoy.

This home has changed CQC registration and is still awaiting inspection. While waiting, we have implemented a Quality Improvement plan, changed operational leadership and invested in the support and practice development to ensure that the people we support receive the best quality and safest care possible.
To independently verify our belief that this service is now delivering high-quality, safe care, we have engaged with an external care audit company, and the most recent audit on this service was rated as Good.
I want to thank the team for how they’ve been supporting an individual and how much they’ve improved since moving in.
Pass on my compliments to a team member. His incident reports are of an exceptionally high quality and standard, and from his reports and observations I have completed, he is extremely good at following PBS strategies put in place for the people he supports.
