This April, in recognition of Autism Awareness Month, Crossbrook Court & Cottage have hosted a number of events to promote inclusion and raise awareness of Autism.
Crossbrook Autism Tea & Art Party
The people we support at Crossbrook Court and Cottage enjoyed a heartwarming Tea and Art Party.
Proudly wearing blue t-shirts in support of autism awareness, the event created a joyful and inclusive space for connection and creative expression.
Events like these underscore our commitment to building supportive environments for the individuals we serve.
Crossbrook Autism Inclusion Muffin Baking
To mark the near end of Autism Awareness Month, the people we support from our Crossbrook home rolled up their sleeves and got busy in the kitchen baking blueberry muffins!
From measuring and mixing to enjoying the final result, it was a fun, hands-on way to celebrate inclusion and creativity.
Crossbrook & Willow Court Picnic Day
To wrap up a meaningful Autism Awareness Month, the people we support from Crossbrook and Willow Court came together for a joyful picnic at Lee Valley.
It was a brilliant day filled with activities, connection, and lots of laughter. The sunshine matched the bright, warm energy of the group and full of the inclusive spirit that defines Autism Awareness Month.
Moments like these remind us of the strength of community and the importance of celebrating every individual’s uniqueness.
