At Crossbrook, as with all our homes, care is shaped with and around the people who live in our homes. Every individual benefits from a personalised support plan built around their goals, preferences, and lived experience.
Our care model is grounded in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Proact-SCIPr-UK principles, with all team members receiving specialist training. Guided by PBS Practitioners, Speech and Language Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, we deliver tailored support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

Nestled in a peaceful suburban setting, the home also offers easy access to scenic walks, green spaces, and public transport.
