We’ve launched the Liaise Academy – a centre of excellence and opportunity for all colleagues. In partnership with The Training and Learning Company (TLC, we aim to support our academy with funded learning, accredited courses, and help and advice along the way.
Successful Launch Events
In a series of events across the regions, we invited over 150 colleagues to attend our Academy launch to get all the support they need on their learning journey. Tom, who works at Baytrees, shared his positive experience:

Personalised Guidance and Support
Each student has been paired with an assessor to guide them through the process. These assessors will conduct regular check-ins and provide invaluable support throughout the certification process.

Our goal is to make working in care a rewarding career. The Liaise Learning Academy supports this aim by offering courses, workshops, and tailored training to help our team members prepare for the next stage in their careers.
