“Are your knees hurting?”
One of our Service user are selective mute and are currently having trouble with his knees.
On a daily/ weekly Basis support staff are using the tools to ass how he is feeling and colleting, so it can be used to support GP and specialist appointment but also assertively amend support given and assist in mobility assessment, aids and independent living support to mention a few .
